Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included (especially important for competition swimwear)
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal electronics designed for swim training (waterproof headphones, swim trackers)
- Opened packages of competition-grade swim caps
- Custom-ordered or personalized swim gear
- Guard & Rescue Equipment that shows any signs of use

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Our return address in Oklahoma City
- For exchanges: information about product availability
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) including:
- All original packaging and tags
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
